  Went here with whilst camping at Castle Farm Campsite at Heath House (recommended).
  
  Warm friendly welcome (despite the fact our son was wearing a Manchester United top - he's only 5 and (before you ask) yes we do come from Manchester (unlike the barman who comes from kent but supports Liverpool!).
  
  After a bit of friendly banter which our son really enjoyed we sampled some of the bevareges on offer and selected our food.
  
  They were very accomodating for children and the food was good value, good tasitng and plenty of it - ideal for when you are camping as a change from cooking on a camping stove.
  
  Would certainly go back there again if in the area and don't let the fact that we had a child with you put you off - the pub had a traditional feel to it that would suit people whether with chuildren or not.
